Health and Safety

A key part of the on-boarding process for new employees is to ensure they understand our approach to health and safety and are well prepared for their new work environment before they commence working there, including a full explanation of known safety hazards and control measures; and their obligation to work safely. Refer to Induction Process.

We strive to meet the highest standards of health and safety because we genuinely care for our people. We are committed to engaging with all people working in the business to ensure we all take responsibility for providing a safe and healthy environment for everyone involved in our workplaces including contractors, clients, suppliers, business partners and the public. Our Health and Safety Management System explains our policies, systems, activities and detailed responsibilities of managers and staff in all key areas such as Hazard Management, Incident Reporting and Investigation, Training, Emergency and Evacuation Procedures, Engagement of Contractors and so on.
