Introduction

To help all our new employees or contractors settle into their roles at Vape Merchant we have an induction programme. 

An effective induction programme:

• Demonstrates we care by quickly acquainting the new employee with knowledge about how to perform their role.
• Introduces our Company culture and “the way things are done and why we do them”.
• Benefits other employees by minimising interruptions from the new employee.
• Provides information, support and job-related training to help them understand their new position and workplace.
